Please note the following:

  • Waterloo Standard Condominium Corporation No. 699 will provide the Guest Suite for SUITE OWNERS to rent for their guest(s) on a first come/first serve basis.
  • SUITE OWNERS are required to submit a reservation form a minimum of 7 business days’ in advance of the reservation.
  • If you are a tenant, please be advised the SUITE OWNER is responsible for requesting the suite on your behalf. We will only accept reservation requests from tenants with written approval from the suite owner.
  • In consideration of the SUITE OWNER paying $75.00 per night for the temporary licence for the use and occupation of the Guest Suite, Waterloo Standard Condominium Corporation No. 699 hereby agrees to grant the suite owner a temporary licence to use the Guest Suite for the sole purpose of temporarily accommodating his/her/their aforesaid guests for the aforesaid period (maximum stay for a guest is seven (7) nights) If additional time required will need, the owner will need to be pre approved by the Board of Directors

The undersigned (suite owner) agrees that he/she will be responsible for:

  • any and all damages to the Guest Suite and/or its contents;
  • any and all missing articles from the Guest Suite;
  • leaving the Guest Suite in a reasonable clean and undamaged condition;
  • the behaviour of their guests
  • providing their guest(s) with towels and linens. (the suite will be cleaned before and after guest arrival and departure but NOT during their stay)

The resident (Suite Owner) is responsible for providing all Guest Suite bed sheets, pillow cases and towels for their guest(s). These items will NOT be provided by the Condominium Corporation.

Guest Suite keys are to be issued to the suite owner by the Superintendent during regular business hours no sooner than 2 business days prior to reservation. All keys/fobs are to be returned to the property manager/superintendent after your guest(s) have departed or an agreed upon pre-determined time/date.

A replacement cost of $50.00 per key will be invoiced to the suite owner for non-return. The SUITE OWNER or RESIDENT is responsible for obtaining the keys to the suite in advance of the reservation. These are to be obtained from the Superintendent at a mutually agreed upon time determined by both parties. Failure to obtain the keys to the suite during regular business hours does not constitute an emergency to the Corporation and any accommodation by the Superintendent or Property Manager after hours will result in a fee payable by the SUITE OWNER.

Positively NO PETS permitted in the Guest Suite at anytime.

Positively NO SMOKING in the Guest Suite at anytime.

Neither the Management nor the Corporation and/or its agents are responsible for articles left in the Guest Suite.

Cancellation of this reservation must be submitted 3 business days prior to the date requested or one night’s fee of $75.00 will be forfeited.

Reservations will be accepted up to 1 year in advance. Cancellation of a reservation scheduled in advance will require a cancellation notice of 14 business days in order to obtain a full refund of the booking fee. Failure to provide 14 business days notice of cancellation will result in 50% of the fees being forfeited.
