Rental Agreement for LOUNGE/MEETING/PARTY ROOM
between Reflections at Laurelwood
- Room(s) must be vacated by 1:00 am on weekends.
- Room(s) must be vacated by 11:00 pm on weekdays.
- No music system or DJ allowed from outside in the rooms.
- No decoration to be taped or glued anywhere in the rooms.
- No sparklers/fireworks allowed anywhere on site.
- The Corporation does NOT supply extra tables or chairs.
I/WE UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
This reservation form is for Waterloo Standard Condominium Corporation No. 552 at 776
and 778 Laurelwood Drive, Waterloo, Ontario.
PLEASE NOTE: If the booking is for a Sunday, the building manager must be met on the preceding Saturday during office hours of 9am-12pm. The manager can be contacted to arrange the meeting by calling 519-279-6796 ext. 749, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The Lessee of the Rental Agreement must be present at all times during the
use of the facility. The Lessee shall ensure that the lessee of designate
receives his/her guests in the Lobby, directing them to the Lounge/Media/Party
Room and that the activities of the gathering will be confined to the
- The Lessee and his/her guests are required to respect the quiet enjoyment
and comfort of other residents in these buildings, when arriving and leaving
the premises. No live music shall be allowed on the common elements.
The Lessee shall maintain the decibel of noise at an acceptable level.
- The consumption of food and beverages shall be confined to the
- No pets allowed in the Lounge/Media/Party rooms at any time.
The Lessee assumes full responsibility for any consequences that may arise as a
result of guests' drunkenness, including damage to property and any accidents
that may occur after the guests have left the property.
As all common element areas of the building have been designated as "No Smoking"
permitted, residents are reminded that this also applies to the Lounge/Media/Party
rooms. Owners and guests are asked to abide by this designation.
- The Lounge/Media/Party Rooms must be completely vacated by 1:00 am on
weekends and 11:00 pm on weekdays in a quiet and orderly fashion.
- All cleaning up of the Lounge/Media/Party Room must be completed once the
function is over. The Lessee is required to clean up the facilities to the
original standard of cleanliness, immediately following the function. All
cleaning materials that would be required must be provided by the Lessee,
including materials needed to mop, clean stains and spills, vacuum, etc.
Cleaning costs incurred by the Corporation shall be deducted from the
security deposit. If the Lessee wishes the cleaners clean the room,
this will be deducted from the security deposit. All garbage in the
Lounge/Media/Party Room areas are to be removed and collected at the end
of the event.
The Lessee shall pay the Corporation any additional costs for damages to the Lounge/Media/Party Rooms and equipment, which will be payable as common expenses. The Corporation or its agent shall have the absolute right to assess the damages resulting from the use of the "Rooms" and such assessment will be deemed final.
The Lessee undertakes to make full payment of any additional costs arising from
the use of the facility within two weeks of receipt of notice of the damages
from the Corporation or its agents.
