I understand and agree to the following conditions:

1. I have reviewed the Rules and Bylaws for the building and agree to follow them.
2. Elevator bookings require at least 48 hours advance notice.
3. Furniture and equipment may be moved in or out of the building only by the elevator designated for such purpose by the Manager. The time and the date of moving shall be fixed in advance by arrangement with the Manager so that the elevator can be put on service and the protective pads put up.
4. Moving or delivery trucks are to park in front of the building doors, close to the curb to allow space for vehicles to pass.
5. Items being moved are not to be left in the lobby but moved directly to or from the truck to the elevator. Do not jam the entry doors open. Do not block elevators and stairwell doors.
6. Do not lean items against lobby or corridor walls.
7. At the end of the move, ensure building doors are closed to secure the building.
8. All boxes must be cut up before putting into the blue bins. Collapsing is not sufficient. Otherwise, they need to be taken off site for disposal. Note that bubble wrap and Styrofoam are not recyclable.
