Condominium Manager
We are looking for a condominium manager who is hard working, capable and responsible.

As a member of our team, your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Providing on demand, excellent customer service
- Communicate ongoing activities to Boards for approvals and updates
- Developing budgets, monitoring and reporting on financials
- Performing market research and creating marketing materials
- Analyzing reports and trends to communicate key opportunities and recommendations
- Maintaining and analyzing a calendar of annual maintenance requirements and preventative maintenance plans
- Updating and executing reserve fund studies, including project management execution, supervision and inspection
- Attending, organizing and coordinating meetings
- Sharing knowledge of the bylaws, Condominium Property Act, Real Estate Act and legislations associated to your duties, in order to guide and assist Boards
- Ensuring the insurance and appraisal requirements are optimized
- Oversee insurance claims with adjusters, owners and Boards
- Negotiating contracts and performing project management duties
