COMPANY HISTORY

Karen King has been in Condominium Management since the 90’s. Having a B.Eng. and MBA, she works to bring that knowledge base to condo boards. Her engineering background was useful in understanding and evaluating the complexities of many maintenance projects, and her MBA background provided the knowledge to strategize successful condominium financials. The systems and templates based on this knowledge are used by our staff to service our clients. Her previous positions in Project Management and at SAIT provide you with contacts and competitive bids. This knowledge combined with the high level of service are the foundations King Management are built on.
