I agree, if approved for the booking, to follow the Lounge rules and take full responsibility for the actions of my guests. I acknowledge that I have read and understand all the Rules and will comply with these rules. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to assess any hazards presented by my use of the Lounge, and further agree that I am the ultimate judge as to whether my guests and I can use these areas and items without risk of harm to my guests or to myself.
